Art. 1 – Name
The DolomitiChannel Club is hereby established as a private digital cultural association devoted to promoting the natural and human heritage of the Dolomites.
Art. 2 – Purpose
The Club aims to:
- Share original, high-quality content about the Dolomites
- Encourage the active participation of its members
- Recognize the dignity and value of each individual’s contribution within the privacy that defines a circle of excellence
Art. 3 – Membership and Registration
Registration is completed by:
- Filling out the application form available on the official website
- Reading and accepting this Charter in full
- Confirming via a verification link sent by email following data validation
Art. 4 – Membership Fees and Card Validity
Membership is formalized through the subscription to the DolomitiChannel Card, available in this option:

- Payment is made exclusively via a secure link sent to the applicant’s email address after personal data verification
- Successful payment confirms registration and grants all rights established for Club members
Art. 5 – Member Rights
Registered members with an active Card are entitled to:
- Access reserved content (videos, galleries, articles, in-depth features)
- Download editorial and promotional materials
- Receive privileged communications and event invitations
- Actively participate in Club features such as Dolomiti Live and contribute to the website
Art. 6 – Function of the DolomitiChannel Card
The digital Card serves as:
- The member’s official identification
- The key to access reserved content and benefits
- A symbol of belonging to an exclusive and private network
- A pass to contribute to the editorial life of the Club through comments, photos, videos, and opinions
Art. 7 – Contributions and Active Engagement
Members may propose original content (texts, images, videos) for:
- Publication on official Club channels
- Participation in editorial surveys and interactive sections
- Earning digital badges and symbolic recognitions
Art. 8 – Revocation or Suspension of Membership
The Club reserves the right to revoke or suspend a Card in cases of:
- False information or conduct incompatible with Club values
- Improper dissemination of reserved content
- Breach of this Charter
Art. 9 – Privacy and Data Processing
DolomitiChannel ensures full confidentiality of all provided data:
- No data will be shared with third parties
- Data will be used solely for verification and authorization purposes
- Upon Card expiration, all data will be removed from our archives
Art. 10 – Official Communications
Any changes to this Charter will be announced via:
- Email to members
- Publication in the reserved section of the official website
Art. 11 – Legal Notes and Regulatory References
As a private, non-profit cultural association, the DolomitiChannel Club adheres to the provisions of:
- The Civil Code, particularly Articles 36–38 concerning unrecognized associations
- Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and amendments introduced by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Law No. 124 of August 4, 2017 regarding transparency in relations between entities and public administrations (where applicable)
- Any regional or local regulations on cultural promotion and volunteer work
The Club’s activities are conducted in full autonomy, in accordance with current legislation, and with purely cultural and educational purposes. Registration does not imply contractual obligations beyond those outlined in this Charter. Any disputes will be settled amicably, based on principles of fairness, dialogue, and mutual respect.
